NEWFOUND TIME & SPACE…

Just steps from Harvard Square and three miles shy of downtown Boston, this fully custom Cambridge townhouse is the definition of urban chic. Set on a small lot, the home has a small footprint but makes up for it in height with four levels of living space. The owner, an empty nester and long-time client of Pinney Designs, had just moved back into the city after more than a decade in the suburbs and was looking for a dynamic space that would be able to reflect her evolving personal style. 

In reposes, we chose a neutral color palette of grey and champagne tones to facilitate versatility and help with the finer details to stand out. With lots of texture, a unique blend of modern and timeless design elements such as marble finishes and woven wallpapers converge to create a space that is equally elegant, warm and functional.
